All orders are lovingly prepared in our chocolate workshop within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons like Christmas and Easter, please allow an extra day for processing.

We offer two sweet shipping options to satisfy your gifting needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and faster delivery
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking available upon request
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to customs clearance.
Our Sweet Returns Policy

General Return Guidelines
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unopened in original packaging with all accessories
- Non-returnable items:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Customized gifts (personalized messages/special arrangements)
- Handcrafted Chocolate Bouquets and Chocolate Pizzas (unless damaged)
- Seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Eid collections) may have different return windows
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and address
- Pack Securely: Use original packaging with all included items

- Receive Refund/Exchange: Processed after we inspect returned items
