Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Please note:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned
- Customized gifts (personalized messages, special arrangements) cannot be returned unless damaged
- Seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Eid collections) purchased during holiday periods may have different return windows
Important: Our Chocolate Bouquets and Chocolate Pizzas are carefully handcrafted upon order and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these sweet and simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (include all gift cards or accessories)
- Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide the exact return address in our instructions)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods):
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
For other returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your chocolate gifts arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly
