At Choco Gifts Shop, we want your gifting experience to be as delightful as our premium chocolate creations. While we take every care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Please note:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned
  • Customized gifts (personalized messages, special arrangements) cannot be returned unless damaged
  • Seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Eid collections) purchased during holiday periods may have different return windows

Important: Our Chocolate Bouquets and Chocolate Pizzas are carefully handcrafted upon order and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these sweet and simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (include all gift cards or accessories)
  4. Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide the exact return address in our instructions)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods):

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label

For other returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your chocolate gifts arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly
