Are your chocolates suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
Currently, most of our products contain dairy and may include nuts. We’re working on expanding our vegan and allergen-free options – please check individual product descriptions or contact our gifting concierge for specific dietary inquiries.
How do you ensure chocolate quality during shipping?
Every order ships with our temperature-controlled packaging system that includes food-grade cooling elements and insulated materials. For international shipments, we use special dry ice solutions when necessary.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account lets you save addresses, track orders, and get personalized delivery time estimates during checkout. It also speeds up future purchases!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted channels for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders enter production quickly to ensure freshness. Contact us within 2 hours of placement at [email protected] with your order number – we’ll do our best to accommodate changes if processing hasn’t begun.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable services:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders require 1-2 business days processing before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver chocolate happiness worldwide except parts of Asia and some remote regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we ship to your recipient’s location.
What’s your last Christmas order date?
For guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery:
Standard shipping: Order by December 18
Free shipping: Order by December 10
These dates account for potential customs delays during peak season.
How are alcohol-containing gifts shipped?
Our boozy bouquets ship via special carriers with adult signature required upon delivery. Please ensure someone 21+ will be available to receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept unopened items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed chocolates.
My chocolates arrived damaged – what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear this! Please email photos of the damaged items and packaging to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Our “Chocolate Happiness Guarantee” means we’ll replace or refund damaged goods.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Absolutely! For unopened items, we’ll happily exchange for products of equal value within the return window. Contact our gifting concierge to arrange this.

Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders?
Yes! We create beautiful custom chocolate gifts for businesses. Email [email protected] with your quantity needs and timeline for special pricing on orders of 25+ units.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Of course! During checkout, you’ll find a “Gift Message” field where you can add your personal note. We’ll include it on premium gift card stock with your present.
Do you offer subscription services?
